Meet Our Arakan Martial Art® Instructors

Our Arakan Martial Art® instructors are the heart of our community, personally coached and mentored by Master Robert Kyaw (Ne Htoon Kyaw), who was born and raised in Myanmar, immersed in the traditional Burmese martial art, ‘Thaing’. Master Kyaw’s lifetime of dedication to the art led to the creation of Arakan Martial Art®, a fast and effective self-defence system tailored for the modern world.

As Master Kyaw's teachings gained recognition, he expanded his reach by mentoring a select group of dedicated students who have now become qualified Arakan Martial Art® instructors. These instructors carry on his legacy, passing on the benefits of this powerful martial art to students across Australia and beyond.

Our Commitment to Quality Instruction

At Arakan Martial Art®, we maintain stringent criteria and requirements to ensure our instructors deliver the highest quality training. Only those who meet these exacting standards are entrusted with the responsibility of teaching. Unfortunately, some individuals in Australia claim to teach Arakan Martial Art® without the necessary recognition. Please reach out to us to ensure you're receiving authentic training from a fully qualified and recognized Arakan instructor.

Arakan Martial Art delivers all of that – and more.
For those seeking optimized performance, neurochemical balance, and full-body resilience, Arakan isn’t just a martial art. It’s a complete biohacking system disguised as high-intensity, real-world training.
