Claudia began training in 2019.

She looked into Arakan because she wanted a fresh hobby and something for her fitness. After her Arakan Intro she knew this martial art was something she must pursue - for the rest of her life.

Claudia first began training when she was eighteen. She was a young woman without a shred of confidence. Confrontations made her anxious and therefore, she never stood up for herself.

Since training Arakan, she can feel the confidence and strength she’s gained. She is so grateful that Arakan continues to lead her down a path where she is always the best version of herself.

Her family and friends are always commenting on her increase in discipline, concentration, and confidence, whenever they see each other.

Claudia’s goal is to help people who feel the same anxiety she once did. Claudia also wants to show young, impressionable girls how to love themselves. She is grateful for her instructor, Abi Robb, who assisted in shaping her into a warrior and this new version of herself. Claudia looks forward to being able to do the same for her students.
