Braiden embarked on his Arakan journey in 2020, and from the very first lesson, he was captivated by the practice. Fuelled by this newfound passion, Braiden wholeheartedly embraced the demanding training regimen that Arakan requires for success. What initially started as a weekly commitment swiftly evolved into a lifestyle, with Braiden dedicating himself to multiple training sessions each week. Arakan transcended being merely a fitness routine; it became a wellspring of empowerment, instilling in Braiden resilience and discipline that resonated throughout various aspects of his life. Beyond its physical benefits, Arakan became a catalyst for enhancing his mental well-being. Through this martial art, Braiden not only discovered a mode of physical expression but also a transformative path towards self-discovery and personal growth. When Braiden is not in teaching mode, you'll find him engrossed in training sessions, navigating the golf course, or cherishing moments with friends and family.

I have been training with Braiden for a couple of months as a secondary lesson. In that time his patience and dedication towards my lessons have allowed me to further progress in my Arakan journey. My son has also found his love for Arakan again, training with me under Braiden. Braiden's lessons have been a safe space for my son to gain his confidence and help him keep fit and healthy.
